  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using the EchoWear website located at velourabloom.store (the "Store") and making purchases through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Store.

  6. DROPSHIPPING NOTICE Products sold through EchoWear are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. While we maintain quality standards, we are not responsible for manufacturing defects or product quality issues beyond our direct control. Items may ship from various locations and may take additional time for processing and delivery.
  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Store, including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of EchoWear or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit written permission.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoWear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
